Two Great Schools, One Vibrant Community, We are all Huskies!

YOU are the Parent Association! By enrolling in our schools, you are automatically part of the Parent Association (PA).

What Does the Parent Association Do?
The Parent Association functions similarly to a PTA. We support the schools for nearly all of their events in a variety of ways. In addition, we help raise funds through Scrip sales/e-scrip sign-ups, the Amazon Associate program, and certain on-campus food sales. These funds sponsor:
  • Enhancement programs for the students and parents
  • Special gifts to the schools
  • Teacher appreciation
  • Hospitality catering and refreshments for certain events
What Are we Responsible For as Members?
Our sole responsibility as members is to keep these benefits viable through any or all of the following:
  • Giving our gift of time as volunteers
  • Purchasing Scrip and/or registering credit cards with E-Scrip
  • Encouraging our children to participate in on-campus food sales during break or lunch
  • Shop on Amazon through the Amazon Associate Program
That’s it! We’re all looking forward to a fun-filled and successful year – not only for our children but for the entire family!

At RHP and Renaissance, we love parent involvement and believe that our parent community is one of the schools' greatest strengths. Below is a list of different ways that you can get involved to help the schools and our students. You do not need prior experience and your help is much appreciated!
Don't forget to order your Scrip Gift Cards and earn money for our schools! Buy these cards at face value and use them for your own everyday purchases and as gifts. There are hundreds of choices that include retailers for gas, groceries, clothing, online shopping, books, coffee houses, home improvement, office supply, movies, department and drug stores, etc.

To place your order, log on to your account at, or fill out the order form located in the Scrip envelope in the office. This year, the monthly deadline to place your order is the third Thursday of each month (Sept. 17th this month). If you are new or need assistance, please contact our friendly school Scrip Coordinator, Cassi Hammond at

Amazon Associate Program
Use the Amazon link for all your purchases. 6.5% goes back to the schools without any cost to you. The link can be found at the top of the websites.

Parent Volunteer Opportunities

Grade-Level Advisory Parents (GAPs)
Want to help your child's grade in a way with high impact? Then you may be a perfect GAP! Much like "Room Parents," GAPs inform their grade of the latest school news, organize them for their grade responsibilities, and can lend their opinions and decision-making at PA meetings. Ideally there are at least two GAPs for each grade and they can split the job to match their strengths.

This committee works on several events throughout the school year but members do not need to participate in all of them! Hospitality needs assistance with set-up, food ordering or donations (whether homemade or store bought), table decorations, take-down, and clean-up.

Sell Pizza or Other On-Campus Food Sales

Thank you for being an active Parent Association member and please contact us anytime if you think you can volunteer!
Other Volunteer Opportunities

Performing Arts Booster Club
When your child participates in middle or upper school theater, chorus, or music, you are considered part of the Performing Arts Booster Club! It's a great way to support the performing arts at school by organizing easy-to-do fundraisers, and providing snacks and meal support for the productions and performances.

Sports Booster Club
When your child participates in a middle or upper school sport, you are considered part of the Sports Booster Club! A few ways to support sports on campus include organizing transportation, communicating between coaches and parents, taking photos, and/or providing snacks.
