A not-for-profit school, RHP is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees who give freely of their "Work, Wisdom and Wealth" in support of the long-term health of the school. The Trustees focus on broad policy and strategy, not the minutiae of operating the school. Responsibilities include the organization's long-term fiscal health, including leadership in fundraising, and strategic development of the campus. The Board employs the Head of School to oversee personnel, program, and all administrative and educational operations.
